Our health center is a medium-sized, pleasant, and well-functioning health care unit with good finances. We operate according to modern health care management and have approximately 10,600 registered patients. With a wide range of services, we can offer our patients district nurse consultations and specialist clinics in asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, and lifestyle. We strive to work in interdisciplinary teams and place great importance on preventive work. We have a good and well-functioning collaboration with the municipality regarding public health, and we meet all patients from a health perspective. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now have a unique opportunity for you as a nurse or district nurse to join one of our competent teams!

With us, you will work as a care contact for the team's patients with the support of your colleagues. The team consists of general practitioners and ST doctors (and sometimes AT doctors), physiotherapists, medical secretaries, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychiatric nurses. Your role is invaluable, and together you work person-centered and with a holistic view. In addition to team collaboration, there are consultation times where you can receive your patients as well as regular tasks such as phone and digital triage. Your patients call directly to the team so that you can build relationships and continuity with your patients from the first contact.

The nursing group has long been stable, and there are several different specialist competencies such as diabetes, COPD, and elderly care, with the possibility for you to find a niche if you wish. You will also work as an emergency nurse a few times a week and receive patients who come with more acute issues in collaboration with emergency doctors. With us, you will have a varied week with many different meaningful tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with permission to practice in Swedish healthcare or you who have further education as a district nurse. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. Experience in triage and telephone advice as well as experience from primary care is an advantage.

As a person, you enjoy variety in your work, focus on your patients, and can quickly adapt when the situation requires it. You also have a strong interest in health-promoting work. Furthermore, we value personal qualities such as flexibility, accuracy, structure, and good collaboration skills. To succeed in this role, you should be able to independently plan and prioritize your work, but also enjoy working in a team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
